Package Your Item
Carefully place the fragrance bottle in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
